We, BrandVisers (MSME Nation) were top 25 national startups at Tata B-plan competition as well as at top 25 social entrepreneurship plan at Eureka 2014 ( Largest B-Plan competition in Asia Pacific) .

 We work for the restructuring of MSME sector and and presently working on Handloom and Handicraft section in J&K.

Nitin Narang 

Founder, Brand Smith Nitin is a first generation entrepreneurs who is striving to pioneer the concept of integrating brand practices with CSR and political advertising. Before startup up, Nitin has had an extensive experience of working with over 50 brands like DLF, Vodafone, Schmidt-Seeger, Reliance Telecom, Pantaloons, Big Cinemas, KXIP and PVR Cinemas and various brands of Unilever to name a few.Demonstrating an innate ability to merge creativity with commerce. He is also a Philip Kotler Certified marketing professional. For the first time in the Rural marketing industry - Nitin brought the concept of using technology for monitoring campaigns - micro mapping rural marketing campaigns. The scale of his last project involved over 5600+ villages spread over 2 months.Nitin is also passionate about developing systems which optimises the RoI of various campaigns for the advertisers. The concept of intellectual properties are very close to his heart thus the latest brainchild being Startup Jalsa - which was the biggest startup event of the country with over 700+ entrepreneurs, 200+ startups, 30+ investors & speakers, and the keynote being delivered by Ronnie Screwvala.

International faculty of Art of  Living foundation.He hasbeen an active    and a dynamic member of the foundation since 2005.He has been involved  in teaching Art of  Living workshops in Vancouver,Canada as well as in India since 2010.He has conducted these workshops to various professionals as well as students ranging from youth to adult age   groups.Ravi is a Mechanical engineer by education from India as well   as Canada.He has been a successful corporate manager,entrepreneur and    now an international consultant.He has also been a lecturer teaching    Immigration law to a local college in Vancouver.He has conducted     various  seminars in different cities in many countries educating youth and adults over various    management,business and spiritual issues.He has also been invited many times on various TV    channels in  Canada  to talk about issues related to youth, science  and  spirituality.

Prabhjit Gill

Founder Partner - Evaluer Prabhjeet Gill, is an Indian qualified lawyer and also holds a degree of Master in Business Administration. He has rich experience in corporate commercial law, company law, employment law and contract law. He is known for his expertise in the fields of company law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and employment laws. He actively advises start-ups on legal aspects of structuring their venture, external funding, infusion of capital and the importance of shareholder agreements.
His career spans over establishment of offshore and onshore funds that propose to invest in India and abroad, including drafting transactional documents like share acquisition agreements, joint ventures or share purchase agreements. He has advised private equity funds in their investment in India. He has also been involved in advising on employment agreements for senior and mid level personnel of corporations. At Evaluer, his scope of work includes drafting and vetting of various commercial agreements including client / vendor contracts, MOUs, employment agreements, confidentiality and non disclosure agreements, collaboration agreements, and other transaction document, as and when required.

Nobody would have ever imagined that a boy with a number of dark phases in his life could ever become Managing Director of IT Company on his own. I am not having excellence in academics, but I am known for my other non-academic activities which were not tolerated by my institute. I enjoyed My college life to the fullest, but also I got treatment for those unwanted activities. I completed the graduation and like all others, I went for job in IT industry. I got trained, and also got the job; but not satisfaction. As a result of this dissatisfaction, I left the job not only once but twice and put my own employers in trouble. Along with three others, I decided to take an initiative and start my own company. This step could have put my career into risk, but my zeal to implement my innovative ideas made me to do so. The company saw 3-4 months of disheartening situations but I along with my team never lose hope and worked incessantly to get a kick start. And this kick start, I got in the form of a project from Indian Air Force. The project was a success and it opened the gate of more opportunities for the team.
We got approached by a US based company (Access IT) and got the project Parkeee. After this We never looked back and established ourselves as “DevelopTech IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd” whose main motive is to provide the customer satisfaction and develop the technologies to make human life better.
Now as part of interest and to give a instant growth to my company I am working as Big data analyst and analyzing a mix of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data in search of valuable business information and insights.

Mr. Harish Gupta ( Managing Director) born on 12-05-1966 is a reputed builder who started his carrier in the age of 22 after completing law from Punjabi University , Patiala in the year 1988. To gain some practical experience , he dealt with legal issues and raised his voice against the problems of common man.

He then extended his portfolio and started a different venture in Angora Breeding farms and processing of Angora wool in kullu with the brand name of Trishla Shawls . He served both domestic and international market  and introduced different styles and products of Angora wools.  His sincerity and hard work paid . Trishla shawls was awarded as best designed and manufacturing unit at national level.  This moment  became more special when Himachal tourism appreciated his efforts for giving employment to masses .

He also provided his services to print media and thereafter electronic media and many times  raised his voice against injustice  .

After receiving a great success in the handloom industry , he decided to enter real estate . He himself has experienced and enjoyed the flat culture so he  decided to bring up with budget friendly  flats .

A successful woman entrepreneur Mrs. Deepti Gupta ( Director ) born on 18-03-1969 , is a multi talented professional .At university level  she has performed exceptionally well not only in studies but also in extracurricular  activities.   After  completing her post graduation in English from Panjab University , she entered in business .   By her soft spoken manner and simplicity she helped more than 500 female workers and weavers  by giving them employment and making them enable to earn their livelihood.  Thereafter she joined real estate with a  belief to serve people and turning their dreams into Homes.
